It's been twice .. for me and Mr Cai to witness accident fro and back to Genting.. Even though the accidents weren't serious, but inner thoughts will start running thru my minds, thinking staying alive might be your choice but to a certain extend, its not within your control.
The first accident without injury, was the burning at the back of the bus engine, half of the bus was in flame. And the driver noticed the smoke coming out from the engine therefore managed to get all passengers out of the bus before it got serious.
The 2nd accident with injury but no death, that was when we were on cab, on the way up to genting. It's in recent news. The brake was malfunction but the driver managed to stop the bus from going down the hill. The bus was badly damaged and overturned when we saw the accident.
With these 2 accidents, i hope these passengers knew they are really the fortunates ones. It could be worst if they did not manage to escape on time. Some might forget about the incident happened at the Thai nightclub whereby few Singaporeans were badly burnt.
I felt kinda disturbed, started to develop these precaution of not doing anything i suppose to be dangerous, but will i really able to escape accident that is not within my control.
As i get older, im no more a risk taker in the past. I got paranoid at times, i think of consequences before i do something, i wanna be careful at all times.
But to a person who once does not afraid of anything, even wanna try whatever things that test limits of individual, NOW i think twice.
I do admire the girls who risk their lives to climb Mt Everst, its like a shadow of me, years back who wanna do something great and impactful even to the extend to risk my life.
But there is too much that i have yet to achieve. So i decided to be responsible of my health, and i still do the things i like to do. The key factor is to live life to the fullest.
It caught me very inspired after watching the variety show on the interview with Jacelyn Tay, If you have Money, nothing cannot be solve, If you do not have the money, accept the reality and continue living.
Life experience is truly the most precious lessons to learn from, it makes u a stronger & happier person that is why i love listening to stories on others' life experiences.
